The uncoiler is an important part of the preparation section of the welded pipe production line. It is mainly used to support the strip and unwind the strip to provide raw materials for the production line. The uncoiler is also used in conjunction with the coil loading car and the straightener in welded tube production,guiding the steel strip into the flattento carry on levelling. 

The braking method is full-line linkage control to ensure that the strip is not scattered during the working process. The uncoiler can be customized according to the outer diameter, bandwidth, wall thickness and tonnage of the coil, including double mandrel type,single mandrel and double cone type.
